Frazier’s current practice emphasis is in Estate Planning, Trusts, Business Planning, Probate, Guardianships and Adoptions. He also provides real estate and litigation support to the rest of the firm. Frazier is available to do free Estate Planning Seminars for groups or organizations upon request.
Frazier is not new to the legal profession. He earned a Paralegal Certificate from The Bradford School of Portland, Oregon in 1989, which is the same year he began his career as a contract paralegal. In 1990, he secured a paralegal job in Seattle with the law firm of Lane Powell, working on a large litigation team. With investment help from a friend, Frazier started his own paralegal business in Bellevue in 1992, hired a number of legal assistants, and served upwards of 12-15 attorneys for over 10 years in a variety of practice areas such as land use, general litigation, real estate, business and estate planning, probate, bankruptcy and personal injury. Frazier’s business also served CPAs and a mid-sized insurance claims firm.
Frazier was admitted to the Washington State Rule 6 Law Clerk Program in 2003, which is a 4-year bar preparation program authorized by the Washington State Bar Association in which Law Clerks may study and work under an attorney mentor without the requirements of formal law school. In 2005, Frazier was granted Rule 9 Law Clerk status by the Washington State Bar which allowed him to perform limited and supervised law practice, including contested court appearances and trial. Under the mentorship of attorney Bruce Galloway, Frazier completed the Law Clerk Program in 2006 and passed the Washington State Bar Exam on the first sitting in February 2007.
Frazier is married and has two adult children and four grandchildren. Frazier has B.A. and Masters Degrees in Theology, and taught high school Math, English, Science and P.E. in Idaho for three and one-half years. Frazier spends his leisure time playing with his grandchildren, as well as writing books, hiking, mountain climbing, camping and skiing.
