Legal Assistant
The Legal Assistant will serve in an essential legal support and client communication role and will be expected to help estate planning matters move forward with a strong level of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. This position is intended for someone who is comfortable communicating with clients, tracking matter details and next steps, coordinating scheduling, preparing and supporting legal production materials, and working closely with attorneys and paralegals within established firm systems, while continuing to grow into broader responsibilities related to client service, estate planning workflows, legal support, and process improvement.
Paralegal – Funding, Estate Planning, & Estate Administration
The Paralegal will serve in a substantive, detail-driven role supporting both attorneys and clients across estate planning, trust funding, and estate administration matters. This position is intended for a highly experienced paralegal with a strong understanding of Washington estate planning procedures who is comfortable handling significant responsibilities, client communication, funding coordination, and follow-through within an established practice management system, while helping ensure matters move forward with accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
